This is your local dive, but good, teriyaki place. Skip the chains, the chicken is tender, moist and good. Their teriyaki sauce is good too. It's clean and very casual. Good place for a lunch break.

Delicious food. Chicken fried rice was excellent and they have very good bulgobi beef! Good parking on The Shoemaker side of the building.

I rarely like beef teriyaki in general, but Don's beef teriyaki is the best I've had -- it's not rubbery like some other places. Their chicken and spicy pork are also really good. None of their meat is too sweet nor salty. Their taste is well balanced. Definitely recommend!
